Patricia Sharman & Company offer a wide range of menus that are all tailored to suit any event

Firstly, it is important to consider the type of event you want for the occasion. Some events, such as weddings, often involve a multiple course sit-down meal, while other, less formal functions will be better suited to a buffet or canapés. Furthermore, the time of year can play an important role – in the summer, a barbecue may be a good choice, while for a Christmas event you may opt for a menu with a festive theme.

In addition, you must consider your budget. Most menus are usually priced per head so in order to make a financially astute choice you will need to have at least a rough idea of guest numbers when it comes to choosing a menu. Also, you must consider any special dietary requirements that you or your guests might have as this can affect your choice of menu.

However, you do not need to make this decision completely by yourself; if you liaise with us, we will be able to advise you and point you towards the menu that is best suited to your event and your needs.
